Mission Trust Aid (MTA) is a national Women-led NGO delivering quality, need-based and risk-informed interventions that uplift women, youth, and disaster-affected communities through inclusive development programs.

What we do

Our Core Thematic Areas

Water, Sanitation, & Hygiene (WASH)

We provide clean water sources, promote hygiene practices, and improve sanitation infrastructure to prevent disease and enhance community well-being.

Nutrition

At mission Trust Aid South Sudan, our health and nutrition programs address maternal , child health, and access to essential good medical services in underserved communities

Protection and Gender

We focus on safeguarding the rights of women, children, and vulnerable groups by addressing gender-based violence, child protection, and land rights.

Education

We support access to quality education and life skills training for children and youth, with a strong emphasis on inclusive learning and leadership development.

Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL)

We promote sustainable agriculture, vocational training, and income-generating activities to enhance food availability and household economic resilience..

Emergency Response

We deliver life-saving support including emergency shelter, non-food items, resettlement, and camp coordination for disaster-affected populations.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the Financial and Compliance needs of MTA in South Sudan. This position is an exciting opportunity to engage in Financial Strategic Management, develop experience with Donor Compliance, and take one step forward in your career. We need someone with experience in working with complex Excel files and in Budgeting. Required critical thinking skills in terms of Finance Management, and experience in Financial Controlling, which includes a sound knowledge of accounting principles. The person needs to like desk-based work, control and establish procedures for compliance, and work with Excel files, at the same time also be ready to move to field sites as required.
Hard-worker, self-driven, and comfortable in working independently are key traits of the person we want to recruit. Fluency in English is compulsory. This position will be based in Juba and will report to the Executive Director.

The Communication and Advocacy Manager is responsible for leading Mission Trust Aid's internal and external communication strategies, public relations, and advocacy initiatives. The role supports MTA's visibility, strengthens its voice in humanitarian and development policy spaces, and ensures that the perspectives and rights of the affected communities are effectively communicated to local, national, and international
audiences. The Manager will work closely with program coordination team, MEARL, and senior management teams to craft evidence-based messaging and position Mission Trust Aid as a credible advocate for change.
